Cancellation Policy

Argyll Horizon – Booking & Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing Argyll Horizon. As Argyll Horizon is operated alongside my full-time employment, bookings are accepted on a part-time basis and are subject to availability. I will always do my best to accommodate your preferred date and time and will communicate promptly regarding any scheduling changes. Booking Confirmation All bookings must be confirmed in advance. Once a date and time have been agreed, your booking will be reserved and confirmed by email, message, or telephone. Cancellations by Customers Customers may cancel or reschedule their booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment time. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking, Argyll Horizon reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed booking fee. Weather & Flight Conditions Drone operations are dependent on safe weather conditions and compliance with UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations. If adverse weather, high winds, rain, restricted airspace, or other safety concerns prevent a flight from taking place, the booking will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Availability As Argyll Horizon operates alongside a full-time career, there may occasionally be circumstances where a booking needs to be rescheduled due to work commitments or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, reasonable notice will be provided, and an alternative date will be offered. Arrival & Site Access Customers are responsible for ensuring that appropriate access is available to the location being photographed or filmed. Any permissions required from landowners or property owners should be obtained before the scheduled appointment. Image Delivery Edited photographs and video content will normally be delivered electronically within 3–7 working days unless otherwise agreed. Liability All drone operations will be conducted in accordance with current UK regulations and safety requirements. Argyll Horizon reserves the right to decline or cancel any flight where safety, legality, or operational restrictions make the flight unsuitable.
